Items that are not in original selling conditions will not be accepted for return.
Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Confirmed orders shipped from casio-mea.com can be only returned and cannot be exchanged within 14 working days of receipt of shipment. Once the item/items are received and inspected by us, we will issue the refund "Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment"
General Conditions Applicable to return:
The item /items must be returned unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. All products must be sealed, unused and in a perfectly saleable condition with all accessories. Items must be returned with original box, instructions, and warranty card.
If the item delivered is faulty or damaged please issue a return request from customer profile.
Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders:
If you have received an item that you did not order, please initiate a return request from customer profile.
Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and has been inspected by our team. Once item inspection has been completed and item has been found to be in
original condition, the refund process will be initiated.
The refund to your credit/debit card will take up to 14 working days.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once the order is placed and it can only be cancelled by following the returns process mentioned below

Check your order history and click on Refund Request (This option will be available to you only within the return policy timeframe 14 working days of receipt of shipment).
You will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your refund has been processed.
Please contact your payment provider or bank for more information about when your refund may be available to you.
Please note that you shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses, if:
The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than an authorized CASIO service center;
The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn;
The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service, no purchase date and/or store name entry on the warranty card;
The warranty period has expired;
Discoloration of the product.
Types of Warranties:
A. Types of Warranties:
The product with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase ("warranty period"). Exception: MRG and Oceanus – three years from date of purchase.

B. G-Shock International Warranty:
International warranty for G-Shock watches is valid for one year counting from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects and valid in all the countries where members of Casio International Warranty Network are available.

NOTE: Casio Authorized Service Center’s judgment on violation of warranty conditions will be final.
